After having a terrible two years with VIrgin Mobile in that they lack efficiency and their customer service capability lacks dismally, I opted to cancel my contract with them this year. My contract was due to end in May. I contacted Virgin Mobile in Feb to confirm that it was indeed May, and confirmation was received telephonically. I was told to give them notification a month before, which is what I did. My acc was still being debited In June. I contaced them to query this and was given some sob story about them debiting two months in arrears. Nevertheless, I was told that my contract would be debited for two months after cancellation. It is now November, and I am still being debited. I have literally spent over and hour on the telephone today (leave alone all the other attempts I have made) trying to get through to someone to assist. I am either transferred or put on hold. I have even requested to be transferred to management, and those lines are NEVER answered. Hoping that someone would respond to me via this sight,
I would personally not reccomment anyone taking a contract with Virgin Mobile, especially after the shoddy service I have received in the past two years!
