I have made a EFT to Virgin Mobile and forwarded proof thereof to Them. they assured me that the Debit order will not go through. But on the 1st of the month their was an unsuccessful attempt by Virgin Mobile. upon which the bank charged me for it.
I contacted their Customer Care and I was Told that I will be refunded for the Bank Charges.
Instead of refunding me, my account was debited AGAIN. this time successfully.
Now they need to refund me for the Debit order as well as the bank charges.
I have cancelled my contract with Virgin and this was my last payment, so no it can not be transferred to the next month.
This is unacceptable, their service is becoming worse by the day. if they continue like this - they will not have any customers left very soon.
