My husband and I signed up with Telkom for our ADSL line. The assistance was awesome! Now that we no longer require their services and we would like to cancel the ADSL account, no one is able to assist us. You aren't able to walk into a Telkom shop and cancel, they give you a number to phone which no one ever answers, so then you try the email address, as you have no idea what else to do and Telkom are continuing to bill you every month for a service that you are not using and that you are trying to cancel, and still no response! Yet we continue to receive invoices from you, but you can't respond to an email regarding cancellation.
