Where is the security?

The cell number in question has never been in use. On the 26th of July an unauthorised sim swop was done on the line and this resulted in excessive use. This was only realised on the next statement.

When a store was approached to lock the line, it was advised that a police case should first be opened. So should the line be kept open until such time? Pathetic!

Then a call was made to the call centre on the 2nd of November 2013 and the line was still not hardlocked.

I call the call centre today and asked the agent for 4 things and he could not provide me with it:
1. Where was the sim swop done
2. A copy of the ID presented when this was done
3. Who was the agent that assisted on Saturday
4. A reference to Saturdays call

I asked the agent (Igless) to send me a mail before 14h00 today and this did not happen. I also asked him to report this to legal so now I am doubtful.

Where is the safety of our accounts?

I will be posting this on "mybroadband" at 17h00 today if I get no response via email.

This is pathetic!!
