Most useless company in Africa could be the world

In the last 30 days I logged 3 calls. That my adsl line is down and have no internet. Working out to 10 days of no internet. I have been given an escalation number and assurance on 3 occasions that they gaurantee a technician will not only call me but will be onsite. This has yet to happen. I just received an sms that states service has been restored. To which I have to reply no or with my number and F to say fautly. They just close off call.

I call the call centre every day. They can't help in anyway expect run the same stupid diagnostic test. They refuse to let you speak to a manager on duty. They refuse to give you their name. They don't listen to you until you end up losing your temper and all they can say is don't shout at me.

How hard can it be to call a manger. I am a paying customer that pays full price for a service that only works two thirds of the time. It is a business line, I loose revenue and all my costs escalate cause I have to keep phoning my stores to keep in contact. I cant access my server so I have to drive to my store then return to my office. I have had to by a 3G modem and have to pay ridiculous amounts for data.
