Cell C customers really C for themselves No1 cares

I recharged my account today 14-09-2013 with R150 voucher and I bought BIS for R59, never made any calls, but when I checked my balance it was only R75 instead of R93. When I call their useless call centre I was sent from pillar to post. With the first agent telling me she can't help me I must drop the line and call another line because my number is a 'Business Line' when I went to a shop and just bought a starter-pack and they don't deal with those. I dropped the line spoke to another person who gave me another number because surprisingly she also can't help me because she as well doesn't deal with 'Business Line'. I dropped the line again and dialled the 'Business Line' gurus, and guess what? the 'Business Line' Gurus apparently don't work on Saturdays and Sundays because apparently people 'Business Line' numbers don't have problems on weekends. I have never heard an agent saying I cant help you but the person who can help you is at home, sit with your misery till he comes.

Cell C's service gets PATHETIC by the second, they should just close the doors and go home. I am porting to MTN tonight and I'm taking my whole family who I brought to this disgrace of a network with me!
