Good day. My name is Tiisetso Moagi & am been a Vodacom Customer for many years now. I took my first contract with Vodacom as I was using BlackBerry Touch 2 years ago & I was happy when I recently upgraded on the 19th August 2013.I upgraded with a SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 (I9500) WHITE & on the very same date I did call Vodacom Customer Care & spoke to an Agent advising her that I want a have Call Limit Lock on my phone as my line was on an Open Smart Line & an agent advised me that a lock request was activated. I therefore asked an agent to activate TOP UP R315 on my phone with no sms or data Bundles as I will use my R315 to buy bundles but I don't know how VODACOM hire these incompetent & misleading call centre agents. To my surprise today VODACOM deducted R2, 2704.36 for what I don't know cause our initial agreement with them was for them to deduct R515 every month on the 28th. Phone the very same misleading call centre VODACOM & spoke to an Agent called Linda & reference number is (322915033) & I asked why such a huge amount R2, 2704.36 was deducted from my account as that amount wasn't our initial agreement & she advised that again on the 28th December 2013 VODACOM will DEDUCT R515
