Cell C Technical/Customer Service agents useless

I lost my 3g modem so purchased a new one and requested a sim swop on the 3 Jul 2013. I had endless issues with getting my sim swop done as the agent that assisted me on the customer service line did not mention that I need to go to a specific store to purchase a new sim card. She said the sim I had bought was already rica'd. She then said I need to go to a cell C store or a Pep Cell store to purchase a new sim card. Going to the Pep which was closest to me, they tell me that they have to rica all sims and cannot sell me one that is not rica'd. Frustrated as this was now a week later and I still could not use my 3G. I eventually bought a sim from Checkers that didn't need to be rica'd. I was then told by the customer service line that another agent will call me to activate my sim swop within 24 to 48 hours. I did not receive a call and had to call back 3 days later. eventually the sim swop was done, but there is now a technical error message that comes up when I insert the modem into my computer. I call the customer service line again on 16 July and am told a technical consultant will give me a call back but to date NO CALL!!! I am highly frustrated with the poor service
