Upgrade of Cellular Contract

On Thursday last week 12/09/2013 I called Autopage call centre my call was answered by a Lady.
I explained to her that Fnb was offering me a Samsung Galaxy Tab for R169.00 with 2gbs of data so i want Autopage to either offer me the same deal or give me a better one.

She then tells that i need to contact Fnb in order to take the deal and should'nt be calling Autopage Cellular and put the phone down i was shocked and thinking what is this lady on about i just want to upgrade my contract with them and get a nice deal.

Then Shaun Moodley emails me and asks me what does the package with fnb consist of and i explained once again and then i never ever got an email back from him again even though i emailed him about 4 or 5 times after that to find out what is going on.

This week Monday 16/09/2013 a person by the name of Deon called me and i explained once again what fnb was offering me and he said he cannot match this deal and he cant help me.

So i carried on emailing the call centre today Deon called me back and i told him Mtn is also offering the same package can u now help me he saidd he will call me back but never did.

The lack of service is really bad all i wanted was to upgrade.
