On the 03/10/2013 received an sms on my 0718695570 number stating that contract has been upgrade then on the 04/10/2013 received an sms stating i have exceeded my credit limit of R300. services have been suspended for outgoing calls. regards MTNSP.(1ST CALL) Called 808 on the 10/10/2013 spoke to Gordon who advise me i have upgrade to a samsung siii or S4 on the 03/010/2013 upgrade done by sibongile mahlakwane. i continued asking him what package he was just confused. (2ND CALL) i called again spoke to Masika who looked as if the know what they doing, he confirmed upgrade was done on the 03/10/2013 S4 by similo Ndaba REQUESTED by amanda from MTN store Morning Side. (3RD CALL) Spoke to Nhlanhla just stupid telling me want i know requested a manager (Khumbulani) who is tell me about the stupid MTN process must send certified ID and affidavit confirming that i didnt upgrade, while i told him clearly i didn't upgrade. WHY MTN is not using their resorces (call recordings or documents if done at the store) to validate the upgrade. anyway will send them through to him email if correct [Email Removed] just to make them happy because its all about them process wise.
