I got married in October 2011. My wife's new ID book only arrived towards the middle of May 2012. I sent in the forms and was told that it cannot be action until 1 Jan as it was a "plan upgrade". I phoned the call centre and was instructed to send the forms in again in the last 3 months of the year... Which I did on 19 Oct 2012 ref: 2610520090. Got told the forms were out of date, filled in and sent new ones in 30 Oct 2012 ref: 2620153632.

I called in January to find out what the story was. Was told my wife was awaiting activation pending the withdrawal over the phone... We phoned and told them to action it. Then I receive emails telling me I can only do plan upgrades 1 Jan. I phone again, get told they will sort it out. Spoke to Zinthle on 15/01/2012 at 9:16. She said it would happen soon and she would email me as they were having system problems. No email yet.

On 15/01/2013 13:55pm I spoke to Lunga who told me Bradley Bold has actioned the withdrawal at 09:49am that day. Was informed that my wife was showing pending on my side.

Today I once again received an email saying that my wife cannot be added to my medical.

Please add my wife. Her medical was now withdrawn end Dec '12
