I have complained twice on HP site about CellC already. The first time I got a call from Sidefree who promised me that I would receive my upgraded phone by Monday 25/02/2012. After numerous calls to helpline, Upgrades Etc I complained again to HP. I then got a call from Masesi on 28/2/2013 who again took down my query and promised to sort this out. The next day I received an sms from cellc that my upgrade was successful and later Masesi called me asking what type phone I requested in the upgraded and I asked her to please email me the tracking number. On 1/03/2013 I receive a call from her saying that my upgrade is not due now. If that is so then why did I receive a call from CellC Direct on 16/02/2013 asking me to upgrade taking down all my details and saying my upgrade is through and I will receive my phone within 7 to 14 days. Why tell me I can upgrade, go through the process, tell me I will receive my phone and then later tell me not yet time to upgrade. Does Cellc have incompetent people working for them. If this is the case why not tell me after the first complain instead of waiting after 15 calls to them. I am fed up with their apologies now I want action. WAKE UP CELLC.
