I started a MTN SP top up contract in September 2011. Two months before mtn contract was due to end, the number in question stopped working. After numerous calls to MTN, it was established that an employee of MTN had erroneously loaded a data package for another customer on to my number. MTN have admitted that the fault with them and assured me that they would resolve the matter. To date, after numerous phone calls, visit to MTN store, emails, etc... the matter has not been resolved. Further funds have been withdrawn from my account to an amount much larger than I would ever have agreed to. This matter has caused great stress and has cost me financially all because I had the good faith to start a contract with MTN.
