On 21 June 2011, called the Cell C callcentre requesting that they block my sim and cancel BIS service on my 084 954 4170 number as it was. A month later I was offered a new contract by cell c with my line and never reactive the 084 number as there was no need to as I had the new contract however I am still paying for the 084 contract. I have made numerous calls to the cellc requesting that they stop debting me for the BIS on the 084 number. For the last 10 months nothing has happened and the BIS subscription is still going of my account. Cellc are a bunch of and refuse to give me a refund for the BIS subscription for the last 10 and they still haven't cancelled the service, It does not make sense that they ran ad's saying "YOU ARE ALLOWED TO QUESTION YOUR SP REGRADING FOR WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR". If this matter is not resolve ASAP I am going to execute my CPA rights by taking this matter to NCC and small claims court and will hold cellc liable for any cost incurred.
