My contract already up for renewal after 2 year contract and STILL my internet pricing not being discounted. I've lodged numerous calls, explained myself on a number of accounts.
Promises are made to phone me back - which is not kept
A number of instances I was assured the matter is resolved, adjustments made. when i then received the subsequent statement no adjustments were done
i've tried to escalate the matter to a next level, which also was very difficult/refused
can i please have this resolved officially and quick!?
