After numerous complaints and promises, my lines are again suspended. I received a call from Ruth who requested that i send her my bank statements and promised to listen to the calls which she will give feedback but to dis day I'm still waiting, again there's no debit order that has been submitted to my account for July and now my lines are SUSPSENDED AGAIN. CellC tell me what the is going on, wat kind of service is dis.Do i have to call everyday and complain about the same thing over and over again. Why can't people just do their job plain and simple. I don't have time to babysit cell c, PEOPLE PLEASE CATCH A WAKE UP, I CANNOT BE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAMETHING AGAIN. I WANT FEEDBACK AND I WANT MY LINES TO BE REACTIVATED ASAP, IT'S NOT MY FAULT THAT I HAVE REQUESTED A DEBIT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT AND MY REQUEST IS NOT CARRIED OUT.
