My initial contract was signed in 2010, it was incorrectly loaded in my personal capacity and not business. after 8 months of attempting to resolve this Telkom admitted mistake and agreed to a name change. INSTEAD of the name change they incorrectly loaded another contract. I attempted to upgrade in December 2012 when my initial contract was due but was informed there was a problem. I have since then attempted to resolve the problem. they have so far admitted it was their mistake and they need to fix it. i go to the Cresta store at least twice a week and on every visit they need to log an incident because the previous one was closed for some reason. an escalation incident was opened (no: 6247671) and i was told my nr would be off contract and available for porting in 2 days so i proceeded to signed a CellC contract. My number has since not been made available for porting and i am being billed for a service i no longer use. On my last visit to the Cresta branch i was informed that all the notes on my profile had been deleted so i had to start a new case from scratch. i am currently using a temporary CellC number as my business number is stuck at Telkom
