I see on hello peter you have stated that the matter has been resolved.

Please explain to me how has the matter been resolved when I have not
Been reimbursed for the 0725782353 contract which I have explained numerous
Times that I did not conclude this contract.
This was a which I have reported to Vodacom and every time I do not
Get answers. For more than 24 months R 315.00 was taken from my account
By Vodacom and now you say the matter is resolved, I was advised that this
Matter would be referred to Forensics for investigation.

Your prompt response would be appreciated.
