I no longer wish to use BIS service and have called the vodacom customer care 111 on Wednesday 30/10/2013 to cancel the service. I was advised by the consultant that the service will be deactivated within 24 hours.
On Thursday 31/10/2013 after the 24-hour time period I noticed that the BIS was still not deactivated and I called 111 again, and the consultant advised that it will be deactivated on the 1st day of November.
On Friday 01/11/2013 this has not been activated and I called again. The consultant advised me that they are offline and will call me back if they're online before 16h00.
To date (04/11/2013) I am still connected to BIS!
I WILL NOT be liable for the BIS subs as I have already notified Vodacom to cancel on 30/10/2013.
The calls are recorded, so Vodacom is free to access the recordings.
I need an explanation!
