Again I am logging the same complaint as what I did on the 24.04.13. I am once again charged for MYMEG 500 which was meant to be deactivated. when I called the call centre to ask why I was charged they advised me that my MYMEG 500 was still active and that it was never deactivated. Please advise me why this was never done as per my first complaint in April??? This amount was incorrectly made active as I didnt request the megabites in the first place. What is going wrong with the service Vodacom provides. I mean really???
