I have a data contact with Vodacom whereby I received 3Gig of data any time and further 3Gig night own.
From October 2013 to date, I noticed that I was been charged for data that i didn't use or shouldn't charged for.
On the 19th December 2013 (Ref S3T9Z4KKMPMD) I called Vodacom to query the above and was informed that the Conusltant will come back to me within 24 hours. However, up untill the 23 December 2013 I had never received a call from Vodacom Consultant. When I called on the same day (Call Ref 2412-323682986) I was again told the same story "Consultant will call you within 24 hours".
I have been waiting on the call from Vodacom Consultant and on the 30th December 2013 when I called, I was informed that the my query will have to be re-locked on the system as it was locked incorrectly previously.
This is pathetic and very dissapointing from the Service provider that I have been with for more than 6 years as I have to pay the invoice of about R1, 900 instead of R149.
