I loaded a 24hr Data Bundle with loyalty points... Received nothing even though the points (1700) had been deducted. Phoned into MTN on 808 and after waiting for 18mins on a Sunday evening at 18:33 I eventually got an answer. To wait so long and then still have a muppet on the other end that can't help because the system takes 2 - 24hrs to update and send me data with no warning of this pathetic system that they can't seem to figure out... Really?

I can't understand how a company as big and as widely used as MTN can fail to do such basic things and after knowing you have made people wait for 20mins to answer a call, your telephone helpline service is and its been complained about over and over yet nothing is done... You must be busy trying to deal with so many complaints and problems, as if... GET IT RIGHT!!!
