Uncaped daily prepaid fail, callcenter (173) fail

My prepaid uncapped daily data bundle's speed was so slow that I was unable to even complete an update of the device software before the 24 hour window expired

I called the call center (ref: 1-8484023451)

they kept going on about needing to verify if I used the data.. their system have not updated, so I asked for the supervisor..

..can not verify on the system if it have been used because the system that's supposed to update hourly have not updated since 12 yesterday and can not see if in fact if I used my uncapped bundle.

I asked if they will refund me so I can try loading the bundle again, but the supervisor said that because the system not updated yet for so long and because the system is slow that she is unable to see if I had a slow or problematic connection, and that she will have to wait for the system to update before being able to see if there was problems. there was no update since yesterday around 12 and that the system is slow and problematic..

me: "are you saying that you can not verify if I had in fact had a problem on the system on my uncapped bundle because you are having a problem with the system? "

they: "correct .. umm.."
