I've been struggling with intermittent connectivity for the last 3 weeks of which 2 weeks I had no connectivity.
Please can a technician who knows what he's doing correct the issues. Intermittent connectivity and slow internet speeds when I'm paying for the most expensive home internet package telkom has to offer.
P.S your escalation procedure doesn't work, I had to call the technician myself to get some kind of connectivity of which he just casually decided to not go to work for a few days until I made him do his job. Surely its not the customers duty to make sure your technicians do there job... please help me!
