The staff at the 4-ways Vodashop branch seem to have no training in vital information pertaining to there brand, (not what one would expect from a multi billion rand organisation). At least they could be trained to not give information they have not been briefed on, a "I don't know" could have saved me money and more importantly time. My opinion of Voda as a brand has taken a huge knock, I now rate them as a government organisation.
