Good morning

I was at your Paarl branch on Saturday 16 November @ about 10:00 am, we were in a hurray because we had a appointment in town. When I first acknowledge that you are going online I really was excited, because we are not near shops & the time when we do go shopping its always a rush or I cant buy everything I need, because I have a small car & usually we have to buy food, etc.

Im really disappointed in how you trained your staff for the online shopping, because when I I showed her my ref. nr on my phone, she said that she must call another branch, but than they also did'nt know how it works & she was on the phone (I think she phone head office) but I really couldn't wait longer & now my online order is going to be cancelled as I just got 48 hours. The soonest I can go to a branch again is on Saturday.

Before you launch something, make sure your staff is fully trained.
