BLAMING VODACOM FOR YOUR MESSUPS, WOW

WOW, seriously! you expect Vodacom to inform me about your policies, services and procedures! This is what you presume.BY this is funny! What I did presumed was: MTN will train their staff properly to inform customers correctly about a service or a procedure before the customer stand the chance to lose his/her money.

It's not Vodacom's responsibility to inform me about your porting procedures, it is MTN's responsibility.
Ha Ha Ha this is a joke, I truly hope Vodacom will see this post.

Stop shifting the blame cause your staff is inadequate to provide/relay proper product, service and procedure information. one would presume they were trained. Take responsibility for your mess-up. Maybe it is time you understand that it's too late to tell a customer he will lose his money after he already lost it cause you didn't inform him before hand.

OK, Really!!! you sent me yet another email, this time asking how to assist instead of calling me! Stop playing the stupid card, you know what I want!

I decide to leave vodacom, port to MTN to support your network and then you flog me off and blame vodacom! seriously! is this how you treat you customers? I want my R250 worth airtime I lost
