On Friday 8 February I went to the Vodashop in Eikestad Mall to take out a Samsung Tablet on contract. Judy Jagers was the lady who helped me with the application. I brought all the documentation to her and she tried to finish the application. She then saw that the organisation's details were incorrect and had to send a request to Vodacom's head office to correct the information before she could continue. On 11 February Judy sent me an e-mail to inform me that she was still waiting for our information to be corrected. On 12 February our Executive Head went to the Vodashop to enquire about the problem. Judy did her best to help us, but unfortunately the Head office just transfer her from one person to the next. How do you expect your staff to do their work efficiently if Head Office can not even assist them with a query? Judy really did everything possible to help us and I always get excellent service from her. But she is just as frustrated as I am. Can anybody help me with this problem please?
