No help, waiting for FOREVER!

Im on contract with Nashua. Apparently in 1 day I used up all my airtime, they softlockd me. I phnd asking whats up, and they say i reached my limit by R150, if I pay the R150 immediately then they will switch my phone back on now or i wait till month end (1 November), so i decided to wait till month end. The 1st comes, my phn stil isnt working, I phone them and they say it will be on by the am. The 2nd comes, my phone is still not working! I phone Nashua again and they say everything is ok on thier side, i must phone mtn (i have an mtn sim card). I phone mtn and they say they cnt help me cause my contract is with nashua. I phne nashua back and they say everything is clear on thier side, they cant do anything! going from receiving no smses and calls etc, my phone now says NOT REGISTERED on network! I phone nashua once again this morning, and they once again say everything is ok on thier system, they will phone mtn and call me back. Im still waiting for the call back. This number is my business number, and i havent been able to use it for nearly 3 weeks now! No one is willing to help me and keep telling me the same thing! I need my phone, im loosing out on business! Can someone just fix my phone now plz :(
