Forget about internet during the day. No websites want to open, not Google, not Gmail, nothing! My father has to send his email because he has his own business. When I email them they say I have a shaped account and the speeds depend on how busy the network is. Yes I understand that! My downloads from 08:00 till 17:00 downloads at the highest 10kb/s, but mostly downloads at 2kb/s and lower. This weekend was! Friday night I could't go on most of the websites for some reason. Saturday morning I emailed them, they sent me a new username (probably my 6th or 7th one I've had). I entered it, but the internet was very slow, downloads at 10kb/s. I emailed them the whole day. They say I should call Telkom and have them check my line. Phoned them, everything was in order. Then the lady, Leoni Malan, who tried to assisted me the whole weekend said I shouldn't email her because I am not the account holder. Yes, my father is the account holder, but he doesn't work on the PC. I sent his emails and what not. MY father email her and she replied again saying call Telkom. He replied, said we already did, after that we never received a email again from her. Luckily we I am in my cancellation month!!!
