Does it make logical sense to get a R1700 bill for downloads on a cellphone in the space of 4-5 hrs? Does it make sense to be charged for downloads if you're a contract customer, but not to be charged for downloads from the same websites when you insert a pre-paid sim?

Does it then make sense to tell me the charges are justified when I report it to those monkeys who can only carry a conversation if you ask questions that meet the criteria to allow for one of their scripted / computer generated responses? If the R1700 bill for 5hrs of downloads is on the level, then why haven't I received a R60, 000 bill for downloading from the same websites everyday of the month?

Vodacom should be spelled with an F, because they're a bunch of -nuts! (No offence to the mentally handicapped, but Fodacom's staff is giving yo'll a run for your money!)
