I`m always receiving bad service when it comes to autopage, each and every month i pay R234, 55 and now for some reason this month they decide to charge me 387, 00 i have called a number of times to get some answers and all this have been in vain, now the last agent that i spoke to told me that it initiation fee for an upgrade. Mind you it has been more than three months since my upgrade and no one ever saw the need to let me know of this *initiation* fee, please help me
