Received excellent service from OpenWeb this past weekend.

I was having trouble with my account not being able to log in. I called their helpline, but being weekend (Saturday afternoon), nobody was available.

I decided to use the websites interface for logging complaints instead. Keoma (Founder/CEO) replied a short while later, having sorted out the issue for me.

Great service from OpenWeb, weekend or not!
