Telkom Line Fualt

After upgrading my phone line from 2mb to the maximum 10mb (8 mb only due to unknown reasons) it keeps dropping the internet. I logged a fault yesterday and no one seems to be interested to repair a simple issue, This service is unacceptable, and the primary reason why I always move my lines and data provider to other company's in the end.
