Virgin Mobile has listed me on the bureau even after I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter. My first complaint was with them not willing to close or write off my complaint. and now they have listed me on the ITC for R200 on a contract I closed (only after I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter). This has a negative impact on me because I'm on the market to buy a house and I can't. Also, I was not informed of this. The only notification I received was from an sms in February this year asking them to call me back which I subsequently have. I requested that they send through a breakdown of my summary and I still have not received this nor have been called by anyone from the collectors since then.
This is absolutely appalling!
