I've complained a week ago and got the message a representative of Vodacom will call me to help resolve the issue of signal strength, but I've heard nothing and the signal is even worse. This affect my ability to do some urgent work at home during the evenings and on weekends. I cannot wait for my contracts (quite a number of them) to expire so that I can try a better service provider, not Vodacom or Cell C. I'm a IT trainer and in the classes almost everyone agrees with me, thus this bad service from Vodacom is also negative advertisement for them. Maybe they've got more than enough clients, but if we fight them long enough, this will have an effect.
