NO SERVICE from virgin mobile

On the 1st of November I upgraded my virgin mobile contract via telephone. (I wanted to use a virgin mobile shop, but both the shops in tygervalley and cape gate mall have closed.) I was assured that it was that simple. My then current contract would expire 11 November. I was promised a phone within the week. The week passed and I heard nothing. I tried phoning them again and again, twice being cut off mid air. Very frustrated I mailed them, twice, and heard NOTHING back. When I finally reached someone at customer services I was assured that I have successfully upgraded and my phone was on its way. Was it so hard for them to send a confirmation email???

This morning I saw that Instead of my new contract price of -R130 an amount of R315 has been deducted and I have not received a phone. hat is this amount for? WHY where my emails not replied to and why did customer service about my upgrade being successful? Why have I received NO correspondance.

I am livid!!! I can not complain about service as I have received NO SERVICE whatsoever from Virigin!!! Terrible.
