Contract not cancelled as official letter states

I tried to cancel my contract in July of this year. The call centres all refused to help me. i then logged a call on Hello Peter and a lady from head office phoned me and we managed to stop the contract. she told me that the last deduction will go off in October as they work one month in advance. I received and conformation letter from then stating that my contract is cancelled and my last payment will be 1 October 2013. I should have know they would mess this up again! as its now November and they again deducted money from my account!
