MTN Pathetic Billing & SMS Roaming Service

I have been travelling abroad for a few months in Asia and now Europe. The MTN roaming service simply does not work properly. About 90% of the time SMSes do not arrive or send. They have sent various excuses through to me as to why this is the case. When you don't get SMSes you also do not get warning such as account balances due. MTN has now changed my account from automatically debiting my credit card to cash (I found this out on the MTN site). I did not approve this change and had actually updated my credit card details on the MTN website as advised. So now I have just got messages saying that my account in not paid and that legal action will be taken. This is simply pathetic. MTN I have been a customer for over 10 years and am shocked at the current pathetic standard of service you provide for SMS roaming as well as the billing system that you have in place. Whats even worse is that you have still not yet responded to my emails asking you how we can sort this issue out. Truly bad MTN service.
