I moved my hosting from Shared Hosting to VSP but the support has been terrible. The Support guys have been unhelpful in trying to move all my domains and website to the VSP. Every time i log a call an incompetent technician sends me a link which does not help at all. its been 2 weeks and i still struggling to move my domains.
They also billed me incorrectly. instead of billing me pro-rata because i have only used the service from 22 October they have billed me the full amount including the Shared Hosting.
I would not recommend WebAfrica to anyone at the moment especially the VSP because they do not have the skills to support it.
