My contract expired in October 2013, and I called exactly 1 month before to cancel as Virgin advised. I was assured it would be cancelled. I called another 2 times after that just to be sure it was being cancelled. I was assured it was. I switched to another network, but I kept being billed the next month. After 2 1/2 hours on the phone to their head office (the call centre number didn't work for months), they managed to refund me - and then proceeded to debit my account for December and January. I even got a call from them yesterday offering me an upgrade! I don't know how many more people I can ask to cancel my account, as the 5 people I have spoken to have obviously been incapable of it! And in the meantime I have to try get my money back for services not rendered to me.
