Cancelled contract still deducted

I cancelled this contract a month in advance as required, end of October. 24 months completed and confirmed last payment on this number should have been end of November. Guess what! they still deduct it end of December. I had the2 contracts now only one, my debit order should at least have gone down by R130. I demand a reversal of payment and can someone make sure it has been cancelled. If you would like to phone me please contact me on the active contract and not the one which I cancelled!
