26 November 2013 I viewed my account to see if everything is still in order. I noticed that on 15/20/25 of November Planet Fitness debit the account 3 x R250.00. I stopped my contract because I had a three year contract that I signed in December 2006. Three years is gone. For the last 2010/2011/2012 up until October 2013 i did not even go to Planet Fitness at all. I have a contract with Virgin Active that is closer to me. When contacting them regarding the money he informed me that my contract is still open and I need to sent him a proof that I cancelled the contract. 4 years is a bit long. Then while talking to him and asking I want to sort out the contract and sent letter or what must I do. He then said the contract is been cancelled and I must phone 0117675376 to pay up my money that is outstanding. Can someone help me!!!
