They emptied my bank account

The morning of the 2nd Nov I went to check if all my debits went through. I found I had no money left in my account. MTN took R4657.55. I could never have run my account up to that amount. How am I going to survive the rest of the month? My bank account is emptied and I must wait up to 15 days for them to run a report. They just keep on giving problems. I want out of my contracts because I don't trust them anymore.
