Continuous, continuous issues with internet connectivity/line. About 5 weeks ago our internet didn't work for 3 weeks. Eventually, after 3 hours on the phone with Telkom, we managed to get connected again. We logged an issue to have our bill reduced but have not had any feedback and recieved our normal bills. Since then, the interent connection has been very problematic - On/Off connectivity. SOmetimes Google homepage can take 2 minutes to load. I'm not interested in any more 3 hour phone calls to resolve issue. Telkom, please sort out otherwise I'll just end the contract and start using a 3G card with another service provider.
