The BlackBerry 9320 I bought 9 months ago is giving me problems and that's not a surprise since those phones aren't made well for a long span. The issue is not with the brand BlackBerry, it's with the Vodacare store in Cresta that has no courtesy phones that i have the issue with. How is it that when a phone breaks down, there is no back up phone to be handed to the customer? Instead I was offered a Huawei/Vodafone T201 to use while i wait for the phone to be repaired. Very disappointed in Vodacom for not covering the basics. Why am I paying the contract if I can't receive a device of the same capabilities as the one in repairs? I'm a freelance professional and work off being able to communicate electronically (e-mails, etc.), so being offered a device of lower capabilities than that which I own is unacceptable and disrespectful.
