Takes long to respond to on your account

I am a new client at Nedbank. As my salary was put into my account on the 1st of May my account was haccked and goods was purchased from overseas in USD! didn't contact me emidiately and when I saw the msg that money went off I contacted them! Instead of stopping the payments they allowed it to go through! Now I am stuck first of the month debit orders to go off! New bank and no money at all as my accounts where emptied! Kanya didn't give me any ref number just a number and said I must call if I want feed back as they don't give ref numbers. She said the bank also don't deal with only they so it must be done over phone. She said the papers would be sent to me within 3-4 days and then it will take another week to process and sort out! In the mean time I am stuck! Moneyless and no money for debit orders and I am a brand new client! Is this how Nedbank works? The client must wait! FNB at least prints documents imediately to get the ball rolling! Nedbank one must wait! Struggle and hope to receive feedback and the documents! How horrible service is this! I am really considering to close my new accounts and move somewhere else. 1 week at Nedbank and already problems!!!
