Today I opened my internet banking for my old ABSA bank savings account, which I have not used for months, only to realise that there has been random debit orders going off for Telkom for the last two months! This has emptied my bank account, thus costing me extra bank charges! I have NOT given Telkom (telSCUM!) authority for any debit order for any bank account! I have been paying my account for a long time from my FNB account and have no idea where this comes from! I expect Telkom to repay me for all the money immediately and also to compensate me for all bank charges and the trouble I have to go through to sort out their mess!
I will be handing Telkom over to ABSA's / department if this is not fixed and my money returned to me with 48 hours!
