A cellphone which is on contract broke and was sent to the supplier on the 12th of July 2013. They promised to collect the phone for repairs. We are still waiting for them to fetch the phone. They refuse to allow us to take the cellphone to them. We keep calling them, and they make empty promises. It has been over three months, but they still haven't fetched the phone. They are still deducting insurance fees.
