Cellphone insurance not done

I took out a cellphone contract at mtn on 04 May 2013 which was an upgrade. I didn't take out cellphone insurance immediately because I wanted to get a better offer somewhere else but I didn't get it. I then went back a few days later to take cellphone insurance but the assistant told me she was busy she would do it for me later on. I went back about 5 times to her for this insurance she kept on giving me excuses until I got robbed on 13 June 2013. I do not have the phone anymore now and I do not have cellphone insurance and I'll be paying for a phone I don't have for the next 24 months because a was not given insurance when I asked for it. I did complain to the area manager on 11 July 2013 who said he would forward the complaint to the relevant manager and I would receive a response immediately. I havn't been contacted since.
